URB Series and CB-13

URB 597, URB-602, URB-754, AB-001 and cannabinoid agonists like CB-13 and other research chemicals are likely to appear on the market and maybe even in blends at gas stations if it's not already there.  Research on these seem to be more obscure than what has been banned in many states, and prompted the market to shift to new compounds.

URB-597, URB602, and URB-754, AB-001, JTE-907 as well as CB-13 may just get more people in emergency rooms (probably not more than caffeine though and certainly won't kill thousands of people like malpractice- bad doctors do... every.... single... year.) and prompt more legislation.

It's hard to say or list which states have bans that cover such compounds, and which ones may not cover them, but it may be banned under certain laws such as the Texas ban on synthetics. The Texas ban for instance (which is also listed on this blog) actually has language that (to me as a layman) seem to indicate that any cannabinoid made in a lab is banned unless you can prove in court that the effect is not pharmacologically similar to natural cannabinoids.

The URB series may not be promising, and the CB-13 may not catch on either, so is the end of synthetic cannabinoids on store shelves? Maybe. If CB-13 becomes popular then what next? An intersting one that's come to my attention as of late is AB-001, which apparently was used (and detected) in Irish blends in 2010. The thing about this is that, in states where the law must specifically ban the chemical structures and derivatives, AB-001 may skirt regulation for a time as it seems to be an analog of jwh-018. States whose ban covers these analogs however, may regulate it but there's also no telling if it will be detected by tests that look for other jwh compounds.. Also nobody knows who invented it! Obviously a smart person invented it but the question is if such an untested chemical like this will make headlines and also be banned because of adverse reactions. Then we have the JTE-907 and other compounds (Created by JapanTobacco corporation!). JTE-907 is an inverse agonist so it should do the opposite of other cannabinoids... such as suppressing appetite.

The big question I want to know is: Will they be pushed off the shelf and onto the streets...and into the hands of children as our drug laws are designed to do?

If so, will the products like URB-597, or the URB-602, or URB-754, AB-001 or CB-13 be blamed because they were sold after a previous ban that is the root cause along with prohibition of cannabis, and what products will be banned after the URB series?

Will they be harder to detect? Will they be safer? Or less so? What do you think? Feel free to comment and share any info you may have, thank you.

Texas Bans Synthetic Cannabinoids.

LEGALIZE FREEDOM Vote for Ron Paul because he CAN win if you don't let the 5 corporations that own the media, own YOU; you that lie that he can't!

S.B. No. 331 was passed a few months ago and is now in effect as of Sep. 1st.
Governor Dick Perry (go to http://funnyfactsaboutpoliticians.blogspot.com to learn more)  paused from his
daily lying and hypocrisies, just long enough to sign it into law, making Texas residents the victims of another shameless war and black market... the war on, and marketing of synthetics. They will now be manufactured in greater quantity(in Mexico), lower quality, with more adulterants and dangerous impurities, and for greater profit.

Thank Prick Perry for getting cannabinoids off store shelves and putting them in the path/hands of children. In the Netherlands, drugs have been legal for more than 30 years, and guess what... THEY USE LESS DRUGS per capita and at an older age(Because kids can't get them as easily as they do here- like alcohol.) and guess how many people crowding their prisons for drugs- guess how many drug related deaths- on second thought, LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELF!

Stop paying to have corrupt officials traffic dope, arrest children, let drug lords murder people, and ask for more money!

GO TO http://www.governor.state.tx.us/contact/ and contact governor Perry even if you are in another state, because he will become president if you don't VOTE FOR RON PAUL IN THE PRIMARY AND 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION  and contribute to his campaign at https://secure.ronpaul2012.com.

Perry was chosen by bilderberg as the next president with Palin as VP a few years back and if you don't stand up in opposition of these people you will be a victim. Nobody wants to believe the church rapes children. So they ignore the fact that the church is not a priest... it's the priest that's corrupt and if you ignore it, the church becomes corrupted. There was a priest that was caught trying to have a child murdered before he snitched that he had raped him. This was in Dallas, and because of the people's disbelief of criminals in powerful positions.

Unlawful Raid Targets Small Businesses Selling Herbal Incense

For more on the raid, click the title of this post to be taken to the Orange County Texas propaganda release the Nazis would be proud of.

The article states "Penalties for the manufacture, sale or possession of K2 are Class A or B misdemeanors. K2 or Spice, often marketed as herbal incense, contain substances that produce psychoactive effects similar to those from smoking marijuana. These marijuana-like substances are readily available through smoke shops, gas stations and the Internet."

Actually that is FALSE. The class A and B misdemeanor charges are NOT for possession of "K2", or other HERBAL INCENSE that contains synthetic cannabinoids, but rather HERBAL INCENSE that contains any of the five synthetic cannabinoids that have been SCHEDULED by state law and the DEA.

If the substances contained in the products were of the RCS family such as RCS-4, or of the AM family such as AM 2201, or even if the substances were JWH-210, JWH-081, JWH-122, or ANY of the HUNDREDS of jwh compounds out there, then no law was broken and the officers responsible have given the business owners the ability to file charges on the officers for theft and economic terrorism and perhaps other charges as well.

Notice how they will not call these compounds synthetic cannabinoids but rather refer to them as "substances that produce psychoactive effects similar to those from smoking marijuana".

Well...
A) they only produce effects if you smoke them which the label clearly does not advocate when it states "not for human consumption"!
B) They were developed to produce effects dis-similar to smoking marijuana- i.e. they were made to produce unique effects that are very different from those of natural cannabinoids that produce psychoactive and analgesic effects.

It also states "Officers made contact with clerks and or owners at each location to advise them of the law concerning synthetic marijuana, and also gave them a copy of the new law."

Well, then they also advised the store owners that NONE of the compounds that are not on the list of FIVE newly scheduled cannabinoids are in fact illegal to possess, or distribute, and that upon bringing to court certified lab tests that prove that NONE of the scheduled compounds were on the products, the owners may file theft and other charges.

It also stated "No one was arrested as a result of this operation, however follow up visits will be made and arrests will be conducted if the stores continue to violate the new law concerning synthetic marijuana. "

This, even though there zero evidence that has been found that substantiates the claim that the owners were distributing scheduled compounds or substances.

Let's hope the "Retail Compliance Association" will help these store owners file charges on the officers responsible, and win and make the officers pay court costs with the money they likely have made off of their cocaine and illicit drug trafficking that makes them so eager to steal products from small business owners.

If you are outraged by this, and especially if you are a Texan, please find a way to support the following businesses and let them know that the customer is always right and that they will have your support in fighting the illegitimate confiscation of these products so that they may imprison/jail the offending Sheriff and officers and once again stock these products with legal JWH, and AM and RCS series cannabinoids without fear of unlawful arrest/persectution.

Apparently the Sheriff of Orange County can't read the law and thinks he can interpret it to mean whatever he chooses. If you criminals in the OCPD expect us to play by the rules, then you had better as well. No making them up as you go. We're playing by you're rules, and winning, so either accept defeat, or prepare to lose your jobs to your own criminal deeds.

Vitamin shops in Orange County Texas had better not sell Potassium tablets in the form of K2 or he'll confiscate your products illegaly and call it "synthetic marijuana" no matter how many times the bottle says it's a vitamin and NOT to be smoked and not to be confused with herbal incense!!
Thank You.

P.S. A note to Herbal Incense manufacturers:
If possible, you may want to briefly outline the points that I have made regarding the legality of your product such as perhaps "Using this product in a manner inconsistent with it's labeling is a violation of federal law" or "100% unscheduled by state and federal law" and perhaps a "Not for human consumption= this product is not a drug or a synthetic substitute for illicit drugs".

Happy Hunting!

YOU CAN STOP the CRIMINALIZATION OF JWH!!!

Dangerous Synthetic Drug Control Act AND Synthetic Drug Control Act
JWH Vendors, Free Sample Requesters, Makers, Lend me Your Ears

Go to  Dangerous Synthetic Drug Control Act AS WELL AS Synthetic Drug Control Act and click the comment button and take the time to make your voice heard before your alternatives are TAKEN from you before you WITHOUT A VOTE. Otherwise you may need to stock up.

The Dangerous Synthetic Drug Control Act is going to committee and this will ban a number of the JWH series, AM, "bath salts", incense; you name it here in the US.  This includes many synthetic cannabinoids as well as "synthetic weed" or "synthetic pot". DON'T LET IT GET ANY FURTHER IN THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS.

H.R. 1254
But you can go to Dangerous Synthetic Drug Control Act AND Synthetic Drug Control Act to comment and send it to congress.

I urge everyone to go there and comment and let them know to back off. We're talking MILLIONs of comments not the meager TWELVE that's up and one is MINE. I urge you all to let them know that prohibition does not work and that as someone who's neigbor, son, friend etc(get creative) has been severely affected by ONLY jwh18 or other compounds like MDPV and NO OTHER as they are the ONLY dangerous ones we KNOW, that you will RAISE HELL if they ban ALL of these when it will ENCOURAGE the use and impurity and danger and PROFIT, and that they need to leave the rest of the RC's alone unless there are significant reports of adverse side effects. We should also encourage STUDY of them to determine long term effects and make sure to tell them that if they want to END synthetic dope they must LEGALIZE natural dope so that the law enforcement personnel have to get jobs to make up for the lack of drug-money.

Let them know that if they leave the others alone that the situation will improve, but that banning them all will lead to more dangerous alternatives just as weed prohibition has lead to this.

Let them know that they CANNOT enforce this either just as they cannot kill all ants on earth without ruining the entire planet.

Last week I posted synthesis details and videos for JWH18. Here's another jwh synthesis video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZP_Kz1kfBy0&feature=player_embedded

I hope to bring you more noid related awesomeness, but it will be pointless unless YOU go to this site AND this one and PROTEST the bill outlawing JWH and other chems because of a FEW dangerous ones.

I hope to bring you vendors that accept paypal, and JWH synthesis details as well as related news on it and even links to free samples from vendors, but this needs to be stopped NOW - THIS MONTH before it get's further and passes into law. If YOU don't act, then YOU will be without this valuable alternative. Synthetic weed and synthetic cannabinoids are HERE and on the market for one reason- they WORK. PLEASE comment to congress to strike down the ban on synthetic weed, synthetic pot, synthetic cannabinoids, jwh compounds and let them know that jwh18 is the one that is dangerous, not 081 or any other we know, especially not if made in strict settings where the quality is on par with every other manufactured product.

To a 250ml 3 neck RBF fitted with thermometer, condenser and a stir bar there is added 3-(1-naphthoyl)indole (3g, 11mmol) followed by dry DMF 50ml. Potassium hydroxide flakes (1.5g, 27.5mmol 1.5eq.) were added in one portion and the setup purged with butane. The flask was heated to 60-70 degrees C on a water bath for 20 minutes with stirring. A green solution with ppt is obtained. After this time, 1-bromopentane (4.3g, 28.6mmol) was added in one portion via glass syringe. There is an immediate color change to red and the flask is heated at an internal temp of 60-65 C for 3 hours. KBr ppts in the first few minutes after addition of the alkyl halide. It is then cooled to RT and diluted with 150ml H2O, and extracted with DCM 3x 40ml. The organics are washed with water 3 times then the solvent is evaporated. There is excess bromopentane as noticed by the smell so it is removed under vacuum in a hot water bath. 3g of amber oil was obtained (8.8mmol, 80% yield) The amber oil that remains is the product. It is a pain to get it to crystallize. Only after 1 month in the refrigerator did crystals begin to form. By covering them with a small amount of IPA cleaned them up and caused all of the oil to crystallize. Once you have a seed crystal the oil can be directly crystallized after alkylation, but I have had no luck getting it to crystallize right after without the seed or with ethanol. The obtained material is completely melted by 61 C, lit Mp is 60-62 C.

The product is fucking active and is obtained as beige to yellow slightly gummy crystals. It would be best to straight chromotograph the oil but not everyone can do that. :P

Also, all of the JWH compounds that the DEA has issued intent to control contain the napthoyl moiety, perhaps that would be best to "leave off." The naphthoyl group can be replaced with a LARGE variety of functionals, much more than the 1-position of the indole can withstand and retain psycho-activity.

It is worth a shot though, however I won't be attempting that soon.

Yes indeed most of these compounds are scheduled or soon will be so analogs containing other groups would be an excellent thing to research. A wide variety of analogs can be made with alkoxy-naphthoyl chlorides and finding synthesis options for many of the starting acids would be useful. What ideas do you have for replacement of the naphthoyl? I'm not super knowledgable in pharmacology affecting groups so not sure what to start thinking of in that regard. Keep in mind, this is purely at home chemical curiosity for me and I do not have EXTENSIVE knowledge yet.

The concensus, IIRC, was that huffmann's original and later routes were the quickest, cleanest, and cheapest; alkylate indole, then react with the naphthoyl (or whatever) chloride; indole + acid chloride, then alkylate...

3 reagents, 2 synthetic steps - How could it be easier? Well, try aquiring indole, napthoyl chloride, phenylacetyl chloride (substituted, etc), napthoylindole, etc... Or any common acid a-halogenation reagents for that matter, in quantities over 1-5 grams, as an individual... The quantity qualifier is important, as these reagents CAN be found, but at one hell of a "price of convenience" premium. Alkyl halides are a piece of cake, provided you can find the parent alcohol (and don't bother looking for n-pentanol or n-pentyl esters - Unless you get a COA, you've probably got iso or sec-amyl... I've found one source, expensive, but it's a cornucopia that doesn't operate on the quasi-legal side of the fence...Not gonna mass-publicize them)...

The goal here should be finding a way to AVOID huffman's routes - They're nothing special, nothing novel, just sophomore-level o-chem hoisted to infamy for the end result. Given an academic lab, anyone could do it - However, without that type of stockroom, where are we left?

...In summation, here's an idea, or a few that I've been tossing around... Phenylacetic halides are ripe for exploration and "relative" ease of preparation... Many substitution patterns are readily availabe as their benzaldehydes, acetophenones, and benzoic acids - These are all simple starting blocks for homologation to the phenylacetic acids and, (the caveat), the phenacyl halides... A few reactions to look up - Stephen reduction, and (Don't think there's a name for it, but it's patented) and one-pot from a benzoic acid to a benzonitrile via NaHSO4/Urea/Sulfamic Acid ... And the reaction of a benzyl halide with a cyanide... And probably countless others...

So, long story short, we should be focusing on the precursors (as it used to be?)... Short and sweet (minus the chromatographic separation), but that's only when one has the napthoyl or phenacyl halide - Perhaps those interested should be focusing instead on the preparation of acid-halide reagents, or a new route altogether (and forget grignards - I haven't explored EVERYTHING, but that nitrogen, alkylated or not, seems to fuck with just about any grignard or grignard-style organometalic couplings)...

New Legal DEA compliant Blends And how to synthesize JWH!

We have been seeing a number of blends and products touting 100% legal DEA compliance in recent days/weeks.

Most of these have a mix of any number of JWH 250 or JWH-081, JWH-210, AM2201, and even questionable ones like RCS4 and NRG1.

Look out for newer ones like JWH-307, others in the HU series that haven't been banned and others you have never heard of like JWH-011 and JWH-203. Look out for these new wonder JWH's and possible dangers/side effects- and feel free to report on them in the comments!

And for those of you wanting to synthesize JWH yourself there is a website I've found, run by some folks in China with their own private lab- with pictures of the lab and stages of production on their site. They claim that you can synthesize jwh "in house" and from the pictures on their site of the lab, it looks as though you can do so- albeit with questionable reliability/safety/accuracy

They also claim to sell:
"- The list of substances for production JWH (all) and MDPV (all substances aren’t prohibited by the law)
- A complete management to use + video
- As you will get constant support from our employees + a discount for ready substances
Cost: The price individual (write on an e-mail: support@fitaniumwf.com)

For production JWH (all) and MDPV we will give all necessary substances to you (All necessary documents and licenses will be applied (for customs)).
After purchasing of technology of synthesis you can make JWH (all) and MDPV in house conditions.
"

They take wire transfer as payment, of course. It appears to this blogger that they may actually be legit, although you may question their procedure/understanding of the products. The only way to find out is for some brave soul to contact them at the email above, and ask about synthesis (Try asking about 081, as it's universally accepted as relatively forgiving to researchers and probably one of the easier ones to synthesize).

If you do get any satisfaction, answers, or responses, PLEASE post them here in the comments, so that we can list them as confirmed to be a legitimate supplier and lab for JWH, or a con.

If anyone brave decides to go for it, please let us know,
A) How much do they charge for products and synthesis technology? Hundreds? Thousands?
B)  What do they send you exactly? Equipment, lists, (EASY) instructions?
C) If legit, how much skill/danger is involved? Safety/accuracy/reliability of instructions etc.
D) What impurities and problems are involved? What chemicals are required and how easy is it to produce/get them
E) How professional is their service? I.E. Is it some weak instructions; complicated details lost in translation, or sub standard anything?

F) How likely is it for the average joe to learn to make the stuff?

Well, the JWH Ban is Finally HERE...

But what of the other jwh varieties not specifically included in the DEA's temporary ban of jwh-018?

What of jwh-210, jwh-081 and jwh-203 and jwh-398 and all those other numbers that go in between 1 and like, what, 400?

Will the other jwh cannabinoids be considered analogs, and if so will that hold up in court?

What of AM-2201 and all the other various cannabinoids?

JWH is a powerful industry thanks to media hype, so will it stay? Perhaps. Let's hope that whatever happens it will be in favor of personal freedom and choice.

IS K2 Back?

By now, you may have seen a local smoke shop or convenience store display a sign that reads something like "K2 is Back!". Undoubtedly with a cornucopia of  other JWH research chemical and maybe some other type of synthetic cannabinoid, on them. Yes, you can still buy jwh online...for now.

The problem is, the DEA has given warning that they intend to regulate various JWH compounds. The grace period has expired, which means that at any moment, they can enact the ban officially and start carting people away and SEIZING assets in the middle of the day- or night.

However, there is word of a little economic impact rule in the US code that says that if it has a big economic impact like the JWH incense is, then a ban can not be implemented as it would devastate the economy and thus pose a national security risk.

I have no idea how true that is, or if they will just ignore it and ban JWH anyway, but the fact remains that we have a situation which is an unpredictable one. The DEA may take another 6 months to enact an offical ban on JWH compounds; and then there's the question of whether or not all or some other JWH compounds might be considered analogs to the banned substances.

Imagine your local smoke shop or convenience store getting their assets seized!

But then also you can imagine the effect of prohibition- google it if you can't imagine.

The quest for the best jwh compound  and strongest synthetic cannabinoid has lead many that buy jwh online to ones such as JWH-122 and JWH-081, which is being sold and alleged to not be banned, however some say it may be considered an analog of jwh-018 because of it's chemical similarity. This would mean that when you buy jwh online you take the risk that it and many other JWH compounds would not have to be banned for them to be considered as such.
Then there's the question of the phenyl-acetyl group that includes jwh-210 I believe. These cannabinoids may be chemically different enough to avoid prosecution. But then again, if they can successfully argue that the effect of the synthetic cannabinoid is close enough to the JWH's that have been banned, then maybe not.

Is your local vendor re-opening shop?
Did they stop selling K2 at all, or was it never gone; and they just found alternatives to the banned substances?
Are you concerned the ban will affect your quality of life negatively?
Are you  a vendor concerned that the ban may impact your income negatively?
Are you or a vendor you know getting or making or selling products with the banned JWHs like jwh-018 and jwh-073?
Are you or a vendor you know dealing with "Un-banned" JWH's and if so, which ones?
JWH-081 seems popular and people report that it's more tolerable and mellow than the ones prompting the ban and so some PREFER the NEW alternatives, like JWH-081 and may contend that it is the best jwh compound available as far as perceived effect. Some claim that JWH-210 is the best jwh compound, and some still swear by jwh-018 as a more researched synthetic cannabinoid and the best jwh compound.
Do you buy jwh incense online with an 'un-banned' synthetic cannabinoid and if so, what ones are on it?Let us know and let us know what you local shop or preferred vendor is doing in the face of this; we want to know!

Multi-Noid Blends

Many are now getting and making blends with multiple JWH variants and AM2201 and so on.

What are your favorite combinations of JWH and other synthetics?

I have heard a positive review on a blend containing JWH-081, JWH-122, JWH-250, JWH-210, and AM2201. I also heard a good review on one blend with just JWH-122 and JWH-210 and a few from a blend with JWH-081 and JWH-122.

Feel free to comment on your favorite combination!

What's Your Favorite JWH Alternative?

Well, as of yet the temporary ban hasn't officially taken effect, and hopefully it never will and hopefully if it does it will end there. Some of those alternatives may be  more prone to severe reactions like the JWH variants prompting the ban, so look out for new legislation sooner or later anyway.

What is your favorite non-banned jwh bonsai fertilizer?

Some are going for AM 2201. Some are into JWH-122. Some prefer JWH-210 or JWH-250, or even RCS-4/8 & SR-19.

Some like JWH-081 and there's even new ones that are even less researched. A new one one the market is JWH-203. There are more than 400 so there's no telling how many may come to market or how many may lead to severe reactions or harmful long term side effects.

JWH-018...Banned? or NOT?

Excerpt re-posted and commented on without permission From: http://www.free-press-release.com/news-dea-delays-a-final-rule-on-synthetic-cannibinoids-1293557998.html

DEA delays a final rule on Synthetic Cannibinoids

7,312

On 11/24/10 The DEA filed for a temporary emergency ban on five synthetic cannabinoids. They have not acted on that temporary filing as of 12/28/10 so the products remain legal and available in stores

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 28, 2010 -- The DEA has not acted on the Notification to Temporarily Control five synthetic cannibinoids. The agency filed their intent to ban five of these compounds on November 24th 2010.....

As of December 28th at 12 pm the DEA had not acted. On 12/24/10 a DEA Spokesman who identified himself as "David" stated that "no date had been set to issue the final rule." As a result the products remain legal and available in stores around the US, even in states that have their own bans in place. In fact the intent letter is so ambiguous it leaves out any type of disposal procedure, product testing protocol or other method for retailers that sell incense products to use to be compliant, this may explain the lack of a definitive order.

[NoidsAndIncense.blogspot.com; MisterE Comment: Could It be that the "Emergency Ban" on JWH was all bark and no bite? Or perhaps, they don't know how to do anything but take tax dollars and jail and fine people for petty crime for our 'safety' while thousands die every year of things like bee stings and slipping on water in the kitchen or bathroom. How many died of this? We have nothing to fear, but fear itself...and the health effects of JWH. Have they just not gotten around to it, or are they working on it, or was it all just to appease those that oppose the synthetic noids? ]

The DEA ban was a response to Senator Orrin Hatch's, (R) Utah, letter to the DEA expressing his desire to see the compounds banned. The DEA claims there is a health risk, however no documents are available on the internet or from any government agency to back that up.

[MisterE: Is there no real health risk? Or is there one, and are the DEA, and the media hyping, it, 'banning' it, and so fourth, knowing and hoping that a section of 'undesirables' will be eliminated by cancer in the years to come? Could they be using it as a tool to eradicate marijuana?]

"This is a victory for liberty and the rule of law that protects small business" is what Dan Francis, the Executive Director of the Retail Compliance Alliance (www.therca.org) says "I believe our legal actions and strong representation have been noticed by the DEA" he went on to say that they are not the only organization fighting the ban. [If only they'd fight the ban on the organic 'noids; MisterE]

The DEA did not expect such a strong reaction from this start-up industry. One economic analyst stated that the industry may represent more than 1 billion in economic impact, if true, this will preclude the ban from ever taking effect as the emergency order is governed by Executive Order 12991 which states that emergency bans cannot be implemented in the cases where a 100 million dollar or greater economic impact will be imposed.

It is also estimated by economists that up to 50,000 jobs could be lost, and hundreds of businesses would have to close their doors.

[MisterE: Could this be the beginning of an era where grass is outlawed and synthetic JWH noids bully their way into being an accepted and perhaps regulated products like tobacco? A world where the establishment imprisons people for grass but allows JWH because it's(profit) too big to ban? ]

"We need the rule of law to prevail to protect all businesses from the intrusions of Federal Agencies wanting to make felons out of store clerks" States Francis.
More information can be found online at http://www.therca.com

[MisterE: Feel free to share your thoughts on the banning of JWH compounds!]

JWH-018 Is Banned! What Now?

Well, now that the ban on JWH-018 and 200, and 073 are in effect, some are attempting to sell and purchase and fertilize with JWH-250, or JWH-081 or others, not covered by the ban.

However, there is a question as to the legality, as now that those JWHs are banned, it could be argued that the other JWH's act similarly, and are thus analogs, or that they are structurally similar in which case they can also be considered analogs.

Some are saying that ones like JWH-250 or JWH-081 are too different chemically/structurally to be considered analogs. I'm afraid that's for lawyers and courts to decide...unfortunately it seems we will have to wait and see if anyone is prosecuted...successfully.

If you want JWH, then I suggest you stock up while it's available as it may not be in 2012. Unfortunately, they are all RC's and as such, their individual properties make it difficult to judge if any one compound is more suitable than another, and so there may not be one as preferred as JWH-018, but JWH-081 and JWH-250 may be of consolation, and if so, you may want to get it before it's all off the market for good.

Feel free to comment on anything JWH/incense/RC/Synthnoid related!
